We require a non-refundable deposit to secure an initial consultation.
Service Description
Our online consultation is the first step towards a stress-free asoebi service. Discuss your wedding plans and share your asoebi vision with us from the comfort of your own home. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice once you decide to secure our Services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows, will result in the loss of the full consultation booking fee. In the case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. If you choose to proceed with our Services, the deposit amount will be deducted from the final balance invoice for the Service. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email.
