Our service packages only cover the service fees i.e., the cost for us to carry out the service on your behalf which includes sourcing fabrics, setting up a website for guest purchases and also packaging and delivering all the orders. Guests will be expected to pay for the asoebi themselves through our website.

We manage the asoebi process from start to finish, helping to streamline coordination and significantly reduce the workload on you. This includes sourcing fabric options based on your preferences, setting up a dedicated platform for guest orders, and overseeing the processing and delivery of each order. While we handle the majority of coordination, there may occasionally be instances where guests reach out directly to you or require clarification beyond the scope of our services. Yes, we offer tailoring support through a combination of our in-house and partner network. Guests will have access to our exclusive, vetted tailoring directory, where they can browse and book a tailor. For men’s outfits, we also offer the option to order sewn asoebi directly through our platform, where garments are produced based on the selected style. For clients (couples), we provide a more guided experience — working directly with our team to refine design ideas before assigning them to a suitable designer, either in-house or from our trusted partner network. Please note that while we carefully vet all tailors and designers, the final outfit and fit remain the responsibility of the assigned tailor/designer.

Our asoebi packages are priced competitively, with options typically starting from £85 for ladies (usually including 5 yards of fabric) and £85 for men (fabric and cap). Final pricing will vary depending on the fabric selected and any additional items included, such as gele, feather fans, canes, or other accessories. All asoebi orders include complimentary UK delivery. For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. They are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on location.

Once we have gathered all the details we need from our initial online consultation, we will begin sourcing fabrics for you. During the following consultation, we will present three options per fabric required e.g., if you need two different types of fabric, we will provide 3 options of each fabric to choose from. Our priority is making sure that you are happy and confident in the fabric you have chosen to be your asoebi.

Of course! Our Mini package and Gold packages cover up to 30 and 100 guests respectively, so there is no need to know the exact number of guests purchasing asoebi and there is no additional charge if less guests purchase it. If you require our services for more than 100 of your guests, just let us know during the consultation and we will provide you with a custom quote for our services.

We don't accommodate the sourcing of fabrics by clients for us to package. We have a dedicated team who works hard to source beautiful options that match our brand's style, client's specifications and pass our quality standards.

Yes, we do. If you book with us in under three months of the wedding date (we aim to have all asoebi delivered at the very least one month before the wedding), this will be considered an express booking. For this, there may be an additional fee, which can vary.

For each client, we set a purchase cut off date by which all guests should have purchased their asoebi boxes by. The time between the purchase cut off date and the delivery date is usually 4 weeks, but that is determined by a lot of factors. This can be sooner for expedited services where the wedding is very close.
