Get started by scheduling your initial consultation with us.

In the Zoom meeting, we'll explore your asoebi ideas, and after our discussion, we'll send you an invoice for the deposit along with our Terms of Service. Once the payment is made, we'll set up the second online consultation, where you'll have the opportunity to select from our expertly sourced fabric options

Guests Purchase Their Asoebi Online

Once you have chosen the asoebi fabrics you want to go ahead with, we will send a balance invoice for our Service fees.

We set up a personalised portal for your wedding/event where your guests can:

Purchase their asoebi fabrics including sewn options for men
Browse and book vetted designers for ladies tailoring

Asoebi Delivered

Once the purchase cut-off deadline has passed, we will package each order and deliver the asoebi to your guests directly.

All our deliveries are tracked, so your guests will know exactly where their order is.

01 Once you’ve received the wedding access code from the bride and groom, you’ll be able to log into the portal to purchase your asoebi.

You will also be able to browse and book vetted designers for ladies’ tailoring, and upload your measurements if you’ve purchased a sewn menswear asoebi option.

02 Once your asoebi order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Please note that all asoebi orders are considered pre-orders.

Delivery may take several weeks after the purchase cut-off date stated on the portal, to allow sufficient time for fabric and accessory production.

All orders will be carefully packaged and delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you’d like your fabric sent directly to a tailor in Lagos or Abuja, that’s no problem! Simply enter their delivery details at checkout when placing your order.

01 Once you receive your wedding access code, you can log in to purchase your asoebi and access our premium designer marketplace; a curated network of tailors recognised for excellence, quality, and reliability.

You can view designer portfolios and request a quote for their services.

02 After selecting a designer you love, request a quote by completing a short form and uploading your outfit inspiration or style reference.

Designers will respond with a quote within 48 hours.

03 If you choose to proceed, you’ll be prompted to pay a 10% booking deposit through the Simply Asoebi platform.

This confirms your designer slot and activates the introduction process.

Once your deposit is received, we send a tailored introduction email connecting you and your chosen designer.

From this point forward:

All communication
Fittings and measurements
Additional material or alteration costs
Final payments
Delivery arrangements

…will be handled directly between you and your designer, off-platform.

For men, we offer a sewn asoebi options though virtual tailoring service.
Once you have purchased a SEWN asoebi option, you will receive an email prompting you to:

Submit your measurements
Upload full-length photos
Select your outfit style

Your outfit will be delivered sewn and ready to wear, with no fittings required!
