Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows, will result in the loss of the full consultation booking fee. In the case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
