How do I place an order?
You can place your asoebi order directly through the dedicated event page shared with you by logging in using your email and wedding access code.
Simply select your preferred asoebi option, add to bag and complete checkout. Once the order has been placed, you’ll receive a receipt and confirmation email with your order details and next steps.
How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive both a receipt and a confirmation email shortly after checkout.
Your receipt will include a summary of your order details, while the confirmation email will outline important next steps, timelines, and any actions required from you.
If you do not receive these within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If they’re still not visible, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I change my delivery address?
Sure – Please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order and before the estimated delivery date.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
We offer both UK and international delivery options, and your order will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for international orders, depending on the destination.
For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes may also apply upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. They are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on location.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, and we will keep you updated as your order progresses.
Can I have my order delivered to an address in Nigeria?
Yes, we are able to deliver orders to addresses in Lagos and Abuja.
At checkout, you can enter the full delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. Please ensure all information is accurate, as this will be used to arrange delivery.
Kindly note that:
Orders delivered within Nigeria will not be packaged in Simply Asoebi branded packaging and will not include souvenirs.
Once your order has been delivered to the Nigerian address provided, onward delivery or collection is the customer’s responsibility.
Simply Asoebi is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur after the order has been successfully delivered to the specified address in Nigeria.

How do I pay for the asoebi?
All asoebi orders are placed and paid for securely through our platform.
Once your selection is made, you can complete your purchase at checkout using the available payment methods provided. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order in order to secure your asoebi.
After payment, you will receive a receipt and order confirmation email with full details of your purchase and next steps.
If you experience any issues during checkout, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
What if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive on time?
Each order is either hand delivered by us or shipped through tracked delivery. However, in the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us at contact@simplyasoebi.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
I don’t want asoebi anymore, can I get a refund?
A full refund will be issued for any order cancellations made prior to the purchase cut-off date stated in the asoebi portal created for the event. However, once the purchase cut-off date has passed, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us on contact@simplyasoebi.com and we will review the complaint and get back to you within 21 days.
